Our Coaches

Donte Anglade

Owner of Redefined Fitness

With thirty years of experience in the industry Donte knows all the tricks. A former Division one track and field athlete who received a Bachelors in Exercise Science from Florida State University. Donte is an ISSA certified trainer who specializes in nutrition, olympic lifting, sports performance, and weight loss.


Jason Milsap

Head of Sports Performance Coach

Jason earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a Health and Fitness concentration from the University of North Georgia in 2020. He earned his Master of Science in Strength and Conditioning from Logan University in August of 2023. Jason is certified in Functional Movement Screening (FMS), USA Weightlifting (USAW), and CPR/AED/First Aid. He is currently preparing for the NSCA CSCS Certification. Jason has applied multiple strength and conditioning philosophies at Divisions I NCAA levels through interning with USC Upstate and Furman. Jason has programmed and led instruction for Men's and Women's Basketball, Women's Softball, and Men's and Women's Soccer at the Division I NJCAA level at Spartanburg Methodist College, in addition to creating a fitness initiative for college-wide faculty and staff. He has volunteered with athletes of all ages ranging from early teenage years to professional athletes.


Dallas Carraway

Assistant Sports Performance Coach

Dallas Carraway is a South Carolina native and former track and field thrower at South Carolina State University, he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Exercise Science. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in kinesiology at the University of Georgia and his CSCS certification, bringing a wealth of experience in strength and conditioning, including a USA Weightlifting Certification. As a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Xi Psi Chapter, he upholds the principles of manhood, scholarship, perseverance, and uplift.


Sam Chattin

Assistant Sports Performance Coach

Sam got his masters through UGA in kinesiology, focusing on strength and conditioning. While there he interned with UGA softball, men's tennis, cheerleading, and equestrian. Before that, he graduated from UVA-Wise with a bachelor's in health and wellness. His athletic experience is 12 years of football and 6 years in track and field as a shotput and discus thrower.
