Plyometrics

- Every strength training session will begin with a 2-3 round plyometric session

- Plyometrics are utilized to improve athletic ability by training the muscle to reach maximal force in the shortest amount of time possible

- Plyometric exercises have been shown to improve the production of muscle force and power

- Through increases in muscle force and power production your athlete will be faster and jump higher

Olympic Lifting

- Every strength training session will also have an olympic lifting portion

- Through olympic lifting we will develop your athletes strength, explosiveness, coordination, and overall athleticism

- Through olympic lifting athletes will improve proprioception and spatial awareness, in turn these will improve athlete stability, injury prevention, and body awareness

Sport Specific Strength Training

- We will take your sport into account and customize a program, unique to you and your sport, in order to make you the best athlete possible

- Through strength training not only are we able to build strength, muscle, and endurance; but we can also train for stability, coordination, and sport specific movement patterns

Speed & Agility

- We will teach all athletes the foundational mechanics to running form

- In order to make ensure are athletes are faster than everyone else, they need to know the basics

- Once we cover the basics, we will use different methods with one goal in mind, get faster

- In terms of agility, we will first teach your athletes the proper ways to break and change direction before introducing a stimulus

- By introducing a stimulus we are truly working on agility by training the way athletes react to stimulus and how long it takes them to react

Conditioning

- Every speed and agility session also includes a conditioning session

- During conditioning portions we will train all three seperate energy systems, the anaerobic alactic, anaerobic lactic, aerobic energy system
